Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with their original organic cotton tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid sustainable shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
